As a test tube rack, this is 12.5% effective: in other words, I could fit a 12mm test tube in one of the places, and another half-way into another place. Test tubes would not fit into any of the other spots. So recycle this if you have one, or use it to make art. If you don't have one, there are other things you can use to make art or to fill your recycle bin.

We are in the United States and our things are not metric. I am disappointed that this is so miniscule. It is not what I thought it would be and is not worth sending back.

Great rack - very basic but fits my needs perfectly. I use this to hold my 13mm 5ml tubes when testing the water for my 3 aquariums. Holds the 3 sets of 4 API test kit tubes perfectly!
