I installed this on my 87 square body Chevy. If your truck is hesitating from a stop or stalling, unplug the vacuum line that goes to the EGR valve and if the hesitation from stop and stalling goes away, you need to replace the EGR valve.The only thing I don’t like about it is the swiveling vacuum fitting on the top and it’s made in Mexico. It was $40 and comes with the gasket so overall I would recommend it.

This product was defective right out of the box. Would not hold vacuum. Product has Quality Control Problems !! or lack there of. I'm tired of being a QC inspector for China parts .. I notice there are 3 other defective from box reviews. Now 4 defects.

Hose attachment turns to whatever preferred angle you need. Replaced this and all new IAC as well as the vac lines. So far cleared 32 and 35 codes and eliminated some odd ticking i had during acceleration.

No difference between this egr or any other. It's the vacuum diaphragm on the inside that makes or breaks the egr.You can't see the diaphragm so you trust that it will hold up.

Put it in my truck 6 months ago and it works fine. Lower cost than other options and still a high quality option.
