This is a pretty heavy duty, speed bag! It actually is a lot more than I expected. It is definitely worth dating into the details of all the different ways you can use this bag, and places that you can use it. Definitely consider whether you're going to go freehand, meaning bare hand. Or you're going to pair this with a nice pair of gloves, beat it heavy duty, boxing gloves, or some kind of MMA tape that you're gonna just slap on your hands. Either way, find a nice good place to put this where it's not going to move away from You, I cannot emphasize that enough. Those suction cups do a great job, so long as you put them somewhere that they can stick. The rebound on this is aggressively insanely fast. It will be unlike other bags you've used before which tend to be a little more laissez-faire let's say. Either way you're gonna get a hearty workout with this bag!

The base for the reflex bag is made to last through a nuclear war. It's strong plastic with a steel pole and it feels super durable. Super easy to assemble and it works really great. The suction cups are a nice touch and make it more stable when punching. The only dislike I have is the bag itself. Especially with how nice the base is, the bag almost seems like it's from a different set. After a week of use the stitching is already looking iffy on the bag, but it does come with a spare. I also have a speed bag that fits on it perfectly so I'm not worried about it.
