This is cheap plastic. I returned and bought metal ones for a little cheaper (.95 cents). I would not recommend this product. The metal ones hardware (wall anchors) for installation were included too while these did not have any anchors.

These are very large and I have yet to find an acrylic frame that these will fit. Most frames need screw half this size.

I was surprised at the quality of these standoffs. They are heavy, beautifully machined and look as good as the very expensive ones from CR Laurence. I am not sure why the description calls them aluminum. They look and feel like solid stainless steel. I bought them for outdoor use and they look like they will do the trick.
