Sufficed to hold #65 bit for re-drilling fouled brass burner nozzles. Does not hold bit square at all, just as the other reviewer mentioned. Doesn't give you the good feels using it like you get when you know you bought the best tool for the job. The tool comes in a small Starrett envelope.

Doesn't hold .8mm bit true.The "runout" if you want to use that term for hand operated tools, is far too great, this may be better than the cheap imported tools, if so I shudder to think how bad they are.Mildly better than a sharp stick!
