When I compare the old one and new one I had to rotate the new one to make them the same. I asked the seller if I should make it the same. They was no help. I tried both ways the way it came gave me a lot of kick back so I rotated it and it works. It’s wasn’t spooled tight but again it did work. I have on 1986 trx250r
