Great value for the money. Easy setup, you will need to buy a different wifi for it. The one that comes with it is ass. But, its a $20 usb wifi i replaced it with so no complaints.

Original review Complete trash. Freezes even checking emails requiring a hard start up. Buy a different one. I returned mine getting a replacement ....Update upon getting the replacement, the computer is awesome and does what I need it to do .no lag and great WOW play. Customer service was at first shoddy but, they resolved the issue and sent me a new computer. Would recommend for gaming

Since we can't get past this screen, I'd said it's been a waste of money!! Don't do it!

Computer runs well, and it runs quietly. It's handling WoW with the max settings without issue. Looks beautiful, packaged well, and seems to be a very good computer for the cost. I will say I tried to load warzone, and it seemed to have trouble, but it may have been to do with not having the maps downloaded all the way. The keyboard, mouse, and soundbar are very cheaply made. I've not had any issues from the keyboard yet, but you can tell it's not long lasting. The mouse looks cool, but it lacks any additional buttons beyond a standard computer mouse. The soundbar worked great for a week or two on AUX mode, but the sound quality on the bluebooth was close to worthless. I'd def recommend the computer if you're on a budget, but you'll want to use headphones or get some better speakers ASAP, and if extra buttons on your mouse are a necessity, buy a different one. I love the keyboard, tbh, but i don't trust it to last long. I've seen some people talking about the fans falling off. I haven't adjusted the speed on mine, but i'm assuming you want to avoid pushing them to their max settings unless you're running some heavy multi-tasking.

If I could leave this less than one star I would. This computer has been nothing but a headache. At first it didn't read any of my drives so I had to fix that myself after several days of trial and effort. Then once I finally got the machine to do that the audio didn't work half the time (I knew it wasn't my speakers as they worked beforehand). After finally getting everything I needed set up on it only a couple hours into properly using it the screen randomly changed resolution before promptly shutting the screen off entirely. The black screen of death completely killed the machine as now I can't fix that problem, even taking the GPU out did not make it switch to an integrated graphics, so no matter what I do, how ever many restarts I do I cannot get video out of it. For all I know it's completely fried itself.TL:DRI spent 700 USD on this, and I got a computer that was missing screws, had screws loose, couldn't read GPT formatted disks, the audio didn't work half the time and the display doesn't display. Which I know isn't a monitor issue.

After booting up the computer, I noticed the Processor is in fact a I7 but what they don't tell you is it's a 4th gen meaning it's about 10 years old. This may not be an issue for some games but alot of the newer games. The last of use can use up to 16 cores/threads but the CPU that was shipped only has 8 cores/threads. If they gave the information on the Processor on the selling page, this would deter that issue as you wouldn't buy it expecting a CPU that's within 2-3 years. I feel they don't give information as people that buy it probably don't know what their buying after receiving it keep it thinking it's a up to date gaming computer.Everything that it was sold with (headphones, speaker, mouse, keyboard, are very cheaply made.Everything inside the desktop visually looked good.Pros:Good for normal day to day useCan play low end games like League of Legends or minesweeper, probably even Minecraft.Cons:1. Not Upgradable (without replacing all the main components: CPU/ Motherboard / Ram)2. I did not see TPM 2.0 as the BIOS was 10 years old, so I HIGHLY doubt it's Windows 11 capableNote: Windows 10 End of Life is October 14, 2025 so at that point this machine would no longer get updates from Microsoft and companies will stop supporting it some time after that.3. It's 10-year-old equipment.4. Tried playing World of Warcraft but feels clunky.5. They are not giving all the information on the selling page, company deceiving customers.

I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some.If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$!(Follow-up review)We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. The computer is lightning fast and fast better than what I was expecting at this price point.
