The tether used to connect the rider to the kill switch is made of a soft silicon material the after deformation, it does not restore as seen in the image. The metal crimp partially cuts the silicon cord so that when light tension is applied, the cord snaps, failing to disconnect the kill switch. Garbage product.Be sure to choose a kill switch that has a steel tether!Zero Stars

The unit is functional, but as far as quality it's very low. The cap has a hard time actually releasing so if you fall off a bike/quad and have this attached to your belt, it will pull the cord to its max length before actually releasing, catapulting the cap towards your crotch, not a good addition to already falling off a bike.
