I am super clumsy and always knocking things over, so this product was absolutely perfect for me. It’s suctions to the surface super well and there’s no issues with shifting or sliding at all. I’m overall extremely happy with how well it works and it’s definitely saved a ton of messes I’d have to clean up.

I had all kinds of ideas to solve my dilemma but this one looked too perfect to be true. I'm not saying that this isn't the ideal solution to my dilemma but there are a couple things you need to be aware of. The first is that the three and a half inch size is fixed, you can’t adjust it, so not all cups, cans or bottles will fit. The other is that I had doubts about this sticking to hard smooth surfaces, I mean how many things in our home, RV, boat or car are that smooth? My end table has a wood grain laminate top that is almost smooth but not as smooth as glass. The micro suction bottom actually holds really well, it's definitely strong enough for the holder not to slide around, and the wide bottom absolutely keeps it from tipping over. It has an added bonus of acting like an insulator to keep drinks hot or cold. So, again The biggest drawback of this gadget when used for coffee cups is that it is designed for one size and shape of cup, which is great if that happens to be that size and shape - specifically no part of it can be more than three and a half inches in diameter. If your cup fits, you will probably be okay. Beyond those limitations there are a few others. I expected this to be solid plastic both for weight and insulating properties but it's actually very lightweight hollow plastic that weighs under four ounces. And it’s a small hassle to swap the inner lining when used for bottles and cans, you will probably end up using it for either those or coffee cups, one or the other. So it all depends on the user wether you recommend this or not but for me it’s a no.

I like the idea of this. Who doesn’t always have some sort of beverage with them at their desk or table?! I’m always terrified I’m going to knock my stuff over so I always keep my mug far far away. Then I forget about it and next time I go to take a sip, it’s cold. This holds firm for coffee mugs as well as tumblers. There are silicone “stoppers” on the inside to keep your cup in place so that does mean you can’t just pull the cup out with one hand. I have two desks and one of them this adheres to great and had no issue getting the cup out, but the desk I sit at most often it doesn’t suction to well enough so it’s still a bit of a spill hazard.I would recommend this and love the idea of it, but keep in mind, depending on the material of your desk/table, this might not function to its full potential.

The material seems very good quality but the suction cup on the bottom just doesn't hold consistently. It'll hold suction one second but then nothing the next. I ordered 2 and they both didn't work as promised, returned.

This cup holder adheres to your desk, table, nightstand, anywhere you want it, and you can then put your drink inside it and have protection from spills. If anyone needed this, it's me, because unfortunately I'm a klutz, and we have our furbaby J. with us now for a while. He's a puppy, and he gets into mischief and accidentally spills my coffee, water, or soft drink now and then. The bottom of the coaster has a thin silicone suction cup that can firmly adhere to any flat and smooth surface. To remove, simply tilt the cup holder from one side to release it. I have used this in my office on my desk and in the living room on the table next to my favorite chair, and it works very well.I love this suction cup holder, especially the feature that has room for your coffee cup's handle. I drink one mini can of soft drinks every day, and the cup holder prevents spills with that, too, even though it's a little small. The cup holder will work with cups from 2.36" to 3.9" wide, and that covers everything I use on a regular basis. This is an excellent product, one that makes me wonder why no one had made something like this already. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and does a good job, is sturdy, and fits most cups. I'm going to wait for a sale so I can get one of these for my bedroom, too. I highly recommend this cup holder to anyone who would prefer not cleaning up sticky messes.

It holds drinks great but slides constantly. I put it in one of our rigs on a flat metal surface. It suction cupped great but, the first turn and it slide right off. We ended up putting a self tapping screw and washing in it to hold it. Great cup holders and holds pretty much anything. You just need to be careful how you use it.

Recently I switched to a taller cup for my soda and after that I was always bumping my metal straw and knocking my drink over in the process. This would happen more often than I care to tell. But it was more than once a week. Sometimes more than once a day! After dealing with the mess for a month I found this cup holder. Since starting to use this I've not spilled one drink! This forms a suction on my wooden desk. I've learned that I need to raise my glasses/cups straight up and not at an angle. At an angle it tends to pull up the holder some. It also tends to take more space than I would like but I can't argue with results. It's stopped me from turning over my drinks and that's the most important thing to me. I fully recommend this to anyone who has problems tipping over their drinks or even now that it's getting warmer your glass will start forming condensation and this will prevent things on your desk getting wet accidently. This is about 3" high and 4" across and 13" around. So don't believe what they say as far as is being only 1"L x 1"W x 1"H. It is NOT that small. Not sure where they learned to measure but they need a refresher course.
