Me encanta.

Great potty for my almost three year old toddler and he especially loves the flushing sound after he goes. It’s a good size for him (he’s a little small for his age) and convenient to use but for a bigger toddler, it might not be as suitable as the potty hole is not that big. It has a splash guard which seems to come off easily but he somehow learnt to carefully sit on it without knocking it off. The wipes compartment is small and really not useful for storing wipes. However the cistern part can be used for storage. The only thing that got me puzzled was that somehow under the removable waste container, there were drip stains on the bottom of the toilet where there shouldn’t be. I later realised it’s from a bit of liquid collected in the splashguard clip which drips down when the waste container is not in place. I remedied this by just placing a paper towel under to collect any drips. Overall, a great potty and recommend it!

We love this. My son loved this from the beginning because it looks just like the adult toilets. It's also easy for him to take out the basin and dump the contents himself. It's sturdy and easy for him (he's small) to get on and off. So far no problems with any leaking but he's pretty good at aiming down one week into this process (but the lip comes down about 1.5-2 inches to really protect from this issue). Absolutely no complaints. Best of a lot of pieces of equipment we've bought for this.Other potty training products we would purchase again:Oh Crap! You don't have to read the whole thing as she warns you up front. Seems fairly logical. I decided this was the only thing I'd read so that we could all be consistent and limit confusion.Elongated Toilet Seats with Built in Potty Training Seathttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FR384L6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1After reading a lot of reviews, we landed with this one. Took 5 minutes to install on our 2018 Kohler elongated toilet. Fits perfectly. The kids seat is small so he shouldn't be able to fall through. Easy to lift up and the kids seat raises with the lid. You just have to train your toddler to pull it back down - I showed him once and he's had no problems. Since my son has been closing the lid on the toilet to flush for us for over a year, this is great b/c the other products I started him with (and will mention below) didn't allow him to close the lid which frustrated him (not to mention without being able to close it he just leans over and watches it flush which is pretty gross). I really wish I'd started with this. After just a few days with it, I ordered a second one for our other toilet.Dual Height 2 Step Stool (Mom's Choice Award Winner) for Toddlers and Kidshttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078WMBCRS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Sturdy. Easy to clean. Purchased to reach sinks and now using for reaching toilets as well. 14" high. Travel bag for storage which fits extra liners is also great. Initially my son didn't want to sit on this but once he did I had to hide it because he wanted to keep trying it. I've placed one over a machine washable piddle pad. I figured after reading a ton of meh reviews on all of these things that doing a double layer of a washable pad with a disposable on top couldn't hurt. What I can say is that the opening for these disposables is smaller than either of the machine washable pads I bought (and that's where the leaks happen from reading all of the reviews). You do have to be careful in positioning the child in the seat b/c it's easy for the sides and back to fold down so that it probably wouldn't do it's job properly.Summer Infant Deluxe Piddle Pad, Blackhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004U7OQWW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Haven't tested this in action so can't review. They are also very easy for him to put on so we don't have to assist and he's becoming more independent in this.Things we could have done without:Potty Toilet Seat with Step Stool Ladder – Portable Chair Trainer with Handles.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GXMSHSW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Good product. Sturdier than it looks but I feel like a step stool to a regular toilet seat with a kid seat attached is probably safer. I wish I'd saved $30 and just gone for the toilet seat with the kid seat built in first (which took less time to swap out on our toilet than this step stool took to assemble).Squatty Potty The Original Bathroom Toilet Stoolhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y2JMP7B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I rated this 2 stars and I'm not sure why I didn't give it 1 star.I bought this on the recommendation from "Oh Crap Potty Training". It's my least favorite of the things I've purchased for this process. We have Kohler toilets with a squared base. This does not fit around the base so I can't get it anywhere near the toilet. The only toilet it sort of fits is in the master bath. We have the higher comfort fit toilets and with both layer my small-almost-3-year-old can't touch his feet when on the toilet. The stools I purchased are higher and easier to get on. I'm not even sure how they are supposed to navigate getting on this - I think he's supposed to step up while facing away? That seems a bit tough. If I can find the packaging I'll return it.

We've had this potty for 1 day and our son has already peed in it- it took months to get him to pee on a bjorn potty. I purchased it because the bjorn potty that we had would leave a super uncomfortable looking ring on his heinie after sitting on it for long periods of time. Our son is at the "i want to wear underwear" stage, but not quite at the "i'm ready to potty train stage" so we hand him a tablet, a bowl of m&ms, and a sippy cup, and have him sit. All cheering ensues for success. I ordered cottonelle flushable wipes for the top dispenser, since it seems like flushable wipes are the only thing that comes standard in small packages, though i do remember receiving sample packs of baby wipes that would fit also. i like that there is storage space in the back, and my son is already a huge fan of the "flush". I actually did not want a splash guard since I've read that they can be painful, and they eventually have to figure out peeing without one anyway. i like that the front is raised but in a smooth way and comes down past the seat seam to keep pee from going out the front, but with an optional splashguard. While our son has only peed on his potties 2-3 times, we have had no issues with "pee everywhere" on either, so that may just be a luck of the draw thing. While i have no intention of using the splash guard, i would recommend using command removable adhesive strips for holding it on if you feel you need it.There were reviews of it being "too small". It's not any smaller than a bjorn potty, but the seat is way more comfortable, and the back support obviously comes up much higher. My 2.5 year old is 90-95th percentile, so...he's bigger than the average child using this potty (he wears 3T pants and 4T shirts. he's ~37" tall). He fits on it fine. It is low to the ground, but we're meant to "potty" in a squatting position so this is not a bad thing for kids learning to poop on purpose. His feet are on the floor, they're not like raised up to his chest or anything. You may want to make sure they scoot forward for pooping, but otherwise i think it's a perfectly toddler sized potty. We use these training underwear: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074SWK2QL/ref=twister_B01LC4RHA8 which have the absorbency needed not to end up on the floor and actually come in the same prints as his parasol brand diapers.Pros:-Nice looking. Looks like a real potty-Curved seat does not leave "butt rings" when sitting for long periods-Raised seat has built in splash protection, with optional splashguard.-Realistic flushing sound (also came with batteries already installed, which was nice)-Built in wipe holder and tank storageCons:-The tank lid attaches using the flush handle, which feels like it could have been done better-The wipe holder is for sample size, or adult "flushable" wipe packs, which are not standard size wipe packs-If using the splash guard, it doesn't install super firmly-Some people think it is too small. I do not feel that way and i have a bigger than average child.

Randomly I thought I’d buy my son a potty chair, he’s 14 months old and very babyesque so I really didn’t think we’d get use of it for another several Months, but figured it couldn’t hurt to have it handy since baby number 3 is due in just 7 weeks. Ladies and gents, this is a miracle working potty!!!!! My son has peed in it 3 times a day, every day since we bought it 6 days ago. And today, he went to it saying “popo”, so obviously I stuck him on it and HE POOPED!! Rediculous!!! 14 months and pooping!! I really feel like it has a TON to do with the fact that it looks like a real potty! It’s so darn precious!I know what other question people have. It’s not AS sturdy feeling as other potties (it’s plastic), but who cares if your child gets potty trained on it! You can store little things in the top compartment shown in the photo, and you can ALSO store things in the back of the toilet if you take the lid off (I store diapers). And it makes a cute flushing sound when you flush it. It’s super easy to clean, has an awesome little stopper thing that covers the privates in the front so your child doesn’t pee over the front. To me, this is a five star product. If yours comes a little damaged or something silly like I’ve read, return it and have them send you another one. It’s totally worth it!A mom asked me if you can travel with it- although there are better ones to travel with, I’d totally travel with this one. If you REALLY need to, you can unscrew the back of the toilet off making it more compact.Good luck!! Happy potty trainingXoxo
