While it keeps good tlme I dislike the black hands that clash with the black face of the clockmaking it very hard to read. I don't see why they did not use red hands which would make it easier to read.

Can't tell time because the hands are black, same as background. I had to unscrew the back, open it up and paint the distal 1/2 ends of the hands white. Major pain, but looks good and now functions as a clock.

Amazon photo shows white hands on clock. With black hands and a black background you could not read the time.
