Do not buy This chandelier is very hard to install. I had to get an electrician to wire. Glass globs were broken. Asked for replacement bulbs amazon customer service said this chandelier was under warranty and no replacement globs could be sent. I told Amazon that the chandelier was up I had to pay the electrician to install all I needed was glass globs to be replaced. Amazon then said they would refund me but never got any thing I and stock with this chandelier missing globs. And out of pocket 150.00 for electrician cost. This is a shame poor customer service. I talked to 3 customer service reps at Amazon and the all gave me the run around. Remind you I bought 3 different chandeliers .

This piece adds a hint of jazz to my space. I can’t attest to how easy or hard it is to assemble because I had a professional come install. However, the instructions said it comes with a video link, it didn’t. You need small bulbs to be able to fit the covers. It’s not super sturdy but I think if left alone it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall, I am pleased.

While a little more expensive than other light fixtures of this style, I decided to spring for this one given the size, style, and overall positive reviews. I've installed dozens of light fixtures and ceiling fans and this one was definitely not a walk in the park. Each bar had to be connected and wired up to the main stalk. It gives lot of flexibility in how you attach the bars, but makes for a tricky installation.I read that other customers had difficulty with the glass orbs. I didn't seem to have the same troubles. I installed everything just fine and even though the bulbs highlighted the minor scratches on the glass orbs, it wasn't really that big of a deal.The thing for me that makes this only a 4/5 star product is the ceiling mount. For starters, my electrical box stuck out of the ceiling maybe 1/4", and the way the mounting bracket attaches to the box, the light base can only go as high as the mounting bracket, so this left an ugly 1/4" gap between the light base and the ceiling. It's really hard to describe but I am super unhappy that the base of the light can't snug up closer to the ceiling drywall.Related to this, you have to wire the entire fixture while holding it in your hand before you can mount it to the ceiling bracket. This was really challenging to do alone.One thing that would have made this product 10x better is if you could mount the entire thing to the ceiling and _then_ wire it up. This would make installation much easier and could possibly open the door to an adjustable light base cover that could be better adjusted to the installer's ceiling.Nevertheless, I'm really happy with this fixture. I love the size and style - it's exactly what we were looking for.
