Assembly instructions are not clear and on video are done too fast. Some parts around wheels are very sharp and dangerous to get cut on fingers. Tubes connect to each other with very loose and not sturdy way at all. This net does not catch side coming balls. Sorry, I would not recommend this ball catch net to anybody.

Very reasonable design, especially its width, which is probably the widest of its kind, allowing it to collect more incoming balls. The material is also good, though not super, and the construction is sturdy enough. After-sales service is extremely good and trustworthy. Installation requires some mechanical understanding, and the product manual and introductory video need to be improved to make it easier for customers to install it themselves. In short: it's a great product for the money!

This ping pong catch net has made me a 100% satisfied and happy customer:-)!Putting it together was straightforward and without a hitch, and simply required screwing a number of metal rods into each other for approximately 20 minutes.I am accustomed to sports equipment made for balls (football, baseball) that weigh 50-100x as much as a ping-pong ball, and so I was not prepared for the very pleasant experience of an unusually lightweight finished sports equipment product.It is extremely easy to move this from one room to another room when necessary, and it is very easy to lift the entire apparatus if needed.I see no reason that this should not last forever, as there are no moving parts and no obvious weaknesses. I have heard that there has been some issues with attracting monkeys, but I see no evidence of that to date and I have already used it on many different days throughout the week.Simply based on the superior quality, workmanship, and overall value of this product, I intend to look on their website and perhaps order other ping-pong equipment.
