Your cart is empty.The Tarnished Windmill 2018 was designed using 3 inch strips for the strip piecing and incorporates a paper pieced 10 inch windmill block and the general assembly process was designed with no Y-Seams. NOTE: The original version of Tarnished Windmill is out of print and the new one references a different Quiltster Template and is not compatible with the old pattern. Unit Names and Fabric References have changed as these units can now be mixed and matched with many others in our pattern inventory and we needed to make everything consistent. Quiltster compatible. Finished Size: 60 inches x 60 inches. Fabric not included.

When I ordered I wasn’t sure if this was a pattern I would be able to use. The instructions were a little intimidating but once I understood the steps to getting the set’s completed in order it was easy to put together. The quality of the newsprint was able to stand up to being handled many times without tearing. I would recommend this pattern to anyone who is knowledgeable to sewing. This would not be for someone who is just beginning to sew.
