They do send what’s in photos but it does not have a way to supply tension to the upright post (flat bar that the cushion is attached to). This doesn’t allow for height adjustment. It’s just putting the upright post into a loose fitting slot and letting it flop about freely and unsecured. Set screws with ball detents can be bought separately to make it work but know that before purchase. 8mm 1.25 pitch to fit the welded on but that is on the bracket they provide. The seller did work with me to correct for not including a detent of some sort.

Purchased this item for upcoming road trip. This was very close match to Mustang seat on my 06 Road King. Quality was much better than expected. Much easier to install and remove than Harley model.
