I was so disappointed by these! Given the chalkboard look of the photo, I thought you would be able to write on them (i.e. chalkboard coated paper). Nope. I also thought it would be sticky on the back, which is the only reason to use something this size in one's classroom. No again. So if you buy these, you will need to find some kind of white or silver Sharpie--but it has to be fine tip because they are very small--just for writing on them, then stick them to things with strong tape. I really don't understand it!
