I purchased this bag in 2021 and have been using it for 3 years. The bad is sturdy, good quality and absolutely beautiful. Every nurses station I go to I get compliments and my colleagues want to know how to get the bag. 2 weeks ago, I decided to get a new bag. Unfortunately, the bag I got was not this beautiful bag you advertised. The bag was much smaller and did not have the same compartments and space. The quality is decent, but it's a different bag profiling like an original. The material for my first purchase has a glassy look outside. This new bag is a rough texture on the outside. The hassle to return it was too much so I kept the bag. I was very disappointed.

Love my new tote! Very sturdy. I can tell this will last a lot longer than my last work bag. It sits on its own without falling over. I love that it has a strap instead of just the handles! It has a pocket for laptop, one with a zipper for little items. The overall zipper on the bag is super important for people like me who keep a whole career in their work bag. I can’t have open top stuff falling out in the car or trunk, etc. Very happy with it!

This bag is perfect for my work. It's not too heavy and durable. I had an issue with some missing items, however the customer service was more than excellent. They helped me get everything I needed while being incredibly timely as they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this bag as it is cute, fashionable, yet professional and ever so convenient. Looks just as pictured.

It’s a great bag, I bought it a month and a half ago.Very sturdy and feels like quality made.A bit heavy tho. I thought I’d use the small handles more. But they’re not the most comfortable to use. But they are very sturdy, I was nervous that it would be cheaply made handles. But they’re great. Just a bit small. I use the long crossbody strap. And only put it over one shoulder and it works great.It holds a lot! I have put two computers in it and it works great!Only other thing I’ve noticed is when I use the handles and the back zipper is not zipped, it makes me a bit nervous that it will eventually tear or something. But I think it’ll be fine, especially if it’s always zipped!Really happy with the bag tho, exactly what I wanted. Just a tad heavy/bulky

This bag is functional and looks good too. There’s plenty of room for my laptop and everything I need to take to the office for the day. The zipper is a little tricky but I’ve had no issues yet. I’ve received so many compliments. I have the cream/black and it looks professional. I wanted a bag that doesn’t fall over when empty and this one stands up when empty or full. The bag will lose shape if over filled. The one thing that bothers me is the shoulder strap connects to the side of the bag. Both loops are on the same side which makes it a little awkward. I feel that the weight may be causing too much wear and tear on one side of the bag. The weight doesn’t seem to be distributed evenly. I don’t plan on using the strap as often as I would have liked to. A little disappointing but still a very nice bag! I just love the look of it. Very classy and makes a great impression at work.

I love this bag. I needed something to carry around my huge 14.4 in laptop and it fit perfect. There’s plenty of room for anything else I need to put in there too. The bag is gorgeous and very sturdy. It was important that I found a bag that wasn’t going to start sinking in a couple months after I bought it, and this is it. It’s beautiful, looks very expensive and I really feel like it’s gonna last a long time. I just got it today, but we’ll try to update this after a while.

Beautiful Women’s Briefcase! Put together very nice and sturdy nothing cheap . Plenty of room for my apple 13 inch MacBook.And I also have a binder and an about five vanilla folders . It’s nice and roomy the issues I had is the lock doesn’t have a key . I thought the lock worked but it is just for show . That is a downfall for me I wanted something that locked . But it is ok I’ll just buy a lock because I truly love this case. I have looked all over for something I loved and was unsatisfiedSo now that I found this briefcase and all its beauty and it’s well made for the price also . I will keep it for a long time . I highly recommend this classy and well made !

The bag is large and has useful compartments. The design is nice and trendy. Removed 1-star due to the really bad odour coming from inside the bag.
