As a vertically challenged person with lots of recessed lighting, this tool is an absolute dream. I used to dread changing bulbs because it meant dragging out a ladder every time—but not anymore! This light bulb changer lets me easily reach bulbs up to 12 feet high without ever leaving the ground.It comes with three interchangeable heads: a suction cup for smooth bulbs and two sizes of eight-finger cages that securely grip different bulb types. I’ve used it on my recessed LED bulbs, and it works perfectly.The pole is lightweight but sturdy and it’s super easy to assemble and use—even comes with clear instructions. If you have high ceilings or recessed lighting like I do, this is a must-have. Highly recommend for anyone, especially fellow short folks!

I was pretty optimistic about this product when it arrived. 12 Ft gives you a lot of reach, I will not need more that 8 ft for my needs. There are three adapters that you can choose from depending on the bulb. I only have high spots. Unfortunately, the spot light adapter would not screw onto the end of the pole.The product advertises telescoping, but that implies one piece that pulls out in multiple sections; this product has ten separate pieces that interconnect and you use the number of sections to achieve the necessary length. The sections do not go together really quickly and I had to finagle the locking button to pop through the hole on several of the pieces. There were a couple of extensions that I could not get the button to lock into the hole fully and would the hole made slightly larger to work. They all separate quickly.I could only test the suction since I did not have the other type light bulbs. That worked fine. You will need to pull the string to release the suction cup from the bulb.The pole is sturdy and should be compatible with a paint roller.I rated this low because of the parts that did not work.

The Kitliog Telescopic Light Bulb Changer arrived well packaged and included 3 different bulb grabbers and eight 16" metal tube connectors along with the base and main screw poles. Unfortunately the product page is misleading - there is absolutely nothing about this that is telescopic, it's all separate poles that connect to each other. The good news is that it is an incredibly easy and simple to use design that does work. But you will not be able to fold this into itself after you are done. If you require compactness, you will need to disassemble the tubes.

There are many of these telescopic bulb changers and this one works well unless you need to make changes in the length pole, which is not all that easy. I found pushing in the button to release the pole piece difficult. The attachments are all good, especially the 3.5" grabber. The suction cup is a pain to use as the release involves pulling a string that is always getting in the way while using it. But the design is identical to all the suction cups I have used in the past, and they all suck. This is a decent telescopic bulb changer at a fair price.

We’ve got some high ceilings in the house, and nobody here is exactly thrilled about hauling out a ladder just to swap out a lightbulb. This telescoping bulb changer makes that job a whole lot easier. The pole extends far enough to reach the tricky ones, and the different attachments actually work, especially the suction cup for recessed lights.It’s one of those tools that doesn’t get used often, but when you need it, it’s a lifesaver. Now we can stop putting off bulb changes just because nobody wants to balance on the top step of a ladder while twisting glass over their head.

My very high ceilings preclude safely using a ladder to replace light bulbs. This tool makes it easy to remove and replace all bulb sizes with ease. Given the length of the handle, I am able to do this task even with a rotator cuff injury. (Please note that doctors may not recommend this. )
