These spikes have been awesome! I've used them on multiple camping trips now, and have had zero issues. They are tough as can be. One campground is notorious for having slate under the dirt, and more often than not, these things have been hammered right into a chunk of slate without bending or breaking. The hammer makes them easy to pull out of the ground. If you're trying to pack light, these may not be for you, since they do add a bit of weight to your pack (they're solid). This pack is more than enough to stake down my 13-person tent more than twice over. For the abuse I've inflicted on these, IF something were to happen to them, I'd definitely get another pack.

Good looking stakes. Really do like the hammer. It will work soooo much better when trying to pull these out. Claw hammers really struggle with some stake designs.Haven't used these yet. But excited to have them in my gear and ready to go for next weekend.

I really liked these steaks and the hammer. The only thing was that the strap kept getting in the way. I guess I could remember to hold it with the handle but I kept forgetting and then it would get right in my way. I definitely would not return them based on that. I really like how sturdy they were.

This is one of the few items I bought on Amazon that was better than expected. We bought a new tent this year. The provided stakes were thin and flimsy. I bought these stakes for sandy soil sites. They worked great. We used them for two different occasions. The hammer is very substantial too. Great for pounding and pulling the stakes. It was a pleasant surprise to get a product that surpasses my expectations for a very reasonable price.

Arrived in prompt time. Very nice and sturdy metal stakes. Will hold up for many holiday seasons. I use them to anchor my holiday decorations. I had plastic stakes, but we just went through a 45 day drought, so the ground was hard. Bent or broke the plastic stakes. These stakes went right in with no problem. The hammer is top quality and the flat face on the hammer head limited deflection shots. The hook end is a nice touch to pull the stakes out when the season is over. Loved them so much, my neighbor is ordering his set for his decorations. We live in a high wind area, so a 15 foot snowman and a 17 foot long Santa and sleigh need all the sturdy anchoring they can get.
