We used this mold to create a dynamite smoked pheasant terrine for Thanksgiving. Functions as expected and the mini size is perfect for smaller crowds.

If you have ever looked at Martha Stewart's Appitizer Cookbook, you will find some great terrine recipes that call for this small mini-terrine. I would love to say my terrines looked just like Martha's but noone would believe that. However, I think they were close and it would never have happened without this great little container. I love it and with practice - Martha watch out.
