Lo utilizzo in ambito homebrewing. Indispensabile sia nelle fasi di mash che in raffreddamento: butto la sonda nel mosto bollente ben oltre 100 gradi per 5 minuti prima di iniziare il raffreddamento per sanificare la sonda. Risulta precisissima a tutte le temperature e solidissima, praticamente indistruttibile. La utilizzo più o meno da due anni, ci ho fatto circa 50 cotte e non ho ancora cambiato le batterie.

Excelente termometro. Viene listo para usar, tiene unos numeros muy grandes y muy preciso. Ademas puedes ajustarle el tiempo que quieres que transcurra hasta que se apague automaticamente lo que es muy conveniente si quieres tomar medidas durante un tiempo prolongado. De lo mejor que he probado en cuanto a termómetros. Lo uso para atemperado de chocolate en pastelería y es perfecto
