I love this tetherball. It is SOOO much more comfortable to hit than those hard plastic tetherballs.This feels more soft to hit and less plastic smacky. Its a pleasure. And the way the cord hooks to the ball is a small loop like seat belt material. Thats wonderful because we took the rope off of it this weekend so that we could take the ball out near the water to just have general play with it and it worked well - no hard pieces on it!! Seemed just fine around the water and everyone enjoyed playing with the ball all by itself! We used the rope to tie off our floaties and when the day was done, reassembled the Tetherball for its normal tetherball use :)

Got this tetherball for my dog to play tetherball with. She loves it. She jumps up and hits it with her face and let it go round and comes back and gets her again. She just she’ll play with it for hours.
