My daughter (9 months) is attracted to the colors and loves to play on the mat. For the price, it is a good value. If you are looking for a play mat that gives grip and support for crawling babies this may not be what you're looking for.

This is a very well made play mat! Large enough for infant to roll over on . Very vivid colors , has a spongy firmness to help hold its shape . Folds easily. Great addition to tummy time!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my new nephew two years ago. It was not very thick, so cushion had to be added under it. It is not heavy, so slip guards are needed on the corners to hold it in place during play. I washed it repeatedly since then, and the color has not faded, folds to put away, easy to relocate. Great educational tool for teaching your children at home or in the classroom.

I am surprisingly VERY IMPRESSED with this mat! After hours of looking up play mats, I finally decided to order this one because of the price and the material. All the other foam mats I researched has reviews that said they tore very easily. I really wanted to buy the modern fancy play mats that look like a rug... however I couldn’t justify spending $200 on that.. so I went with this mat under $30, with a very child-appropriate design... and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The material is great, durable and will not at all rip. It has a nice grip on the bottom side to help prevent it from slipping (which was a large complaint with other mats I looked at)- I don’t LOVE the print because again, I was wanting something to blend with our home decor.. but st the end of the day it is PERFECT for my twins- bright colors, shapes, animals and letters.
