- Fits the Land Rover Discovery 2 (1999 - 2004) models.
- Replaces Land Rover OE parts QHG000050, QHG100010, and TIQ000010
- The steering rods on live axle Land Rover Discovery 2's are particularly vulnerable and can easily get bent seriously affecting front wheel alignment and steering ability.
- Rovers fitted with very large tires, the forces acting on the steering gear are far greater, especially when off-road. Hard impacts on the wheels can also bend or kink the steering rods causing serious steering problems.
- Terrafirma steering rods are made from solid 30mm diameter steel and are supplied with precisely machined left and right-hand threads, locking nuts, quality greaseable track rod ends, and a steering damper bracket.

Best on the market for this vehicle. They replaced another cheaper set from a different Amazon seller that only lasted three months.

Huge improvement over stock...if you have a lift and larger tires it really is a must when off roading...Looks really cool as a bonus

Heavy bars with large ball joints that are provided with grease fittings. The drag link steering damper mount must be loose to adjust bar length which ads a little work to alignment. Good replacements for worn OEM parts but not necessary for vehicles that see limited off-road use.

My steering wheel had at least an 1” of play in it and was a real pain to drive. This track rod and drag link are of much better quality than stock. All 4 tie rod ends are greaseable and the even give you to spare dust boots, not sure why you would ever need them as the boots are very durable.

Having issue though and difficult finding warranty information.Boots on most of the corners are torn - expect failure of ball joint much sooner.Vehicle is driven offroad which I why I purchased the TF255 vs standard steering components. However the boots are now almost ruined - were kept greased every ~1,500 miles. What is the warranty of the unit? specifically the Tie Rod Ends - and what parts are needed to replace the ends vs entire unit.I'm planning on replacing all 4 ends.
