The listing does not mention the thickness of the jam nut, but there is a standard, and this item seems to adhere to it. They should be providing width across flats, and thickness, for appropriate dimensioning. Generally, the standard thickness for jam nuts is about the same as the thickness of the head of a corresponding hex head bolt. The listing only gives the size of the box used to package the nuts, and this info is really not useful.
