Whenever I received the printer I followed the instructions to install the driver, which was a .exe file in a google drive. This was very alarming, so I uploaded the .exe to virustotals to see if it was flagged. The driver file came back clean, so against my better judgement I ran the .exe installer. I then looked in the folder where the driver was installed and there were two additional .exes. I uploaded these to virus total and one was flagged as a trojan. After installing I was unable to delete the files that the installer installed and had to reinstall my operating system. After trying some Zebra drivers I found one that worked with the printer. Overall, I would not recommend that anyone use the drivers for this product. Either use another driver or buy from a reputable brand.

As small business owner, this Bluetooth shipping label printer is very helpful for me! I have Etsy shop and before it was hard to manage orders, especially when printing shipping labels. With this printer, everything has become so much smoother and faster.Setting it up was very easy. I use my phone and laptop to print, and the Bluetooth connection works smoothly with my phone (I have iOS). Connecting USB to my Mac laptop was also easy. Even though it doesn’t work with Wi-Fi, the Bluetooth and USB choices are more than good for what I need. I like very much that I can quickly make labels from my phone when I am not at home!The fast printing is amazing. It makes very clear labels at 203 DPI, and with a speed of 160mm/s, it produces labels very quickly. No more waiting for labels to be ready! Also, because it’s thermal printer, no ink or toner is needed. This saves me a lot of money. I just use thermal labels and I’m good to go.One very good thing about this printer is its versatility. I use it for Etsy, but it works well with all major platforms like USPS, Shopify, eBay, and more. I also use various sizes of labels for my packaging, and this printer works excellent with all different kinds. Its small size helps save space on my desk, which is already very full with other business things!This printer makes running my business simpler and more effective. If you own a small business and need a dependable, quick, easy-to-operate label printer, this one is ideal!

I have been wanting a thermal shipping label for quite a while and I was so thrilled when I got this one!It has everything in the box you need- including 30 labels! The machine was tested at the factory prior to being sent to the consumer and that please me much.Once installed properly the label printer prints super fast and super clear.It is a bit noisy- don't be alarmed- but it spits a label out in what seems like less than a second!I made a few errors with this and I tell you about them now so you can save the effort I wasted..First off- I was trying to connect this machine to my Mac using the bluetooth dongle the machine comes with- that doesn't work. The only way to use this with Mac at this time is via the supplied USB cable. I was able to connect the printer via bluetooth but the machine requires drivers. According to the listing details- if you want to print via bluetooth, that only works with Android or IOS.Speaking of drivers- I tried to use the instruction booklet directions for Mac laptop and the website it lists to get the driver from doesn't list this item. I tried typing it in and searching but it isn't there. There is an app that you use with your phone called Zlabel- so the way I ended up finding the driver was by searching the name of the driver that is listed in the printed instructions and I found another brand that operates on the same driver and app so I downloaded the driver from that website and it worked.My next mistake was forgetting to change the paper size to 4x6 so I did waste one label.I did spend some time getting it to work- but I have more time than money, and the price on this machine is very low compared to others, and is exactly what I needed and I still highly recommend this product.

Okay, to be fair, this did take me a bit to set up. First, I accidentally installed it to the same USB port as my default printer, so I had to uninstall both printers and reinstall them both to different USB ports. I also still haven't figured out how to use it with Bluetooth. I'm using it with the provided cable, which is only 4 ft long. So - I'll get a longer one. It seems that Bluetooth only works with Android/iOS, which is like a cellphone, I guess. I'm connecting to my laptop, so - cord it is. The power cable has the largest wall wart I've ever seen, but it goes in facing either direction, so I can make it work. It came with a small stack of labels, which was nice, because I wasted a half dozen of them getting it calibrated correctly. The directions explain the steps for calibration and even though I never saw the "ERROR" LED light, it still worked.At this point you'd think I'd be giving about 3 stars, but I'm giving 5, because once you get this baby working, you almost forget all the setup trouble. It is lightning fast! No wasted printer ink. It doesn't even need ink, because it prints thermally. Each label is the correct size - no more manually trimming with scissors. It works easily with my Etsy shop. It doesn't take up a lot of room, although you do need some unencumbered space behind it for the stack of labels. You also need to bend the printer cable out of the way of the stack of labels, so they don't get hung up when feeding in. For the money though, I don't think you will be disappointed.
