A great idea that needs a few mods and tweaks.The screen gets foggy as you build up heat.The glare of the cover is troublesome.The Velcro on the antenna portals gets bunged up with fibres from the lining and doesn’t always stay fastened.The glove needs to attach to the controller so the view area remains unobscured when moving. If I shift my arms the glove moves over the controller and I can not see the screen.Off to the sewing room!

For the price it is ok. The stitching is cheap and the lining comes off easily. Hands still get cold but does keep the wind off the fingers.

This is the thing that I've been looking for. It's really roomy for holding drone remote with a iPad attached in winter time. In most cases, waring gloves does not solve the problem that caused by the cold weather that freezes the iPad. This is a perfect solution.Also, in emergency situation, I guess it can be used as a pair of warm shorts to keep your butt warm even though the transparent window makes privacy in question.

put my commando 8 elrs controller in and flew 2 packs perfectly comfortably! Except for my face (which this wont solve), which was freezing in the gusty 15mph winds at 20 degrees Fahrenheit. slight air leakage anywhere you dont bundle it up tight, but bundle it up well and throw a handwarmer in there and you can fly all day! i was skeptical but it was worthwhile. glad i didnt wait and got it!

Just the ticket for keeping your hands warm when holding a transmitter on a cold day. All while giving you full tactile control on the sticks. Wearing it quickly becomes second nature and it doesn't distract from your task (not crashing!)Top and forearm closure are hook and loop. The forearm size adjustment on the sleeve is limited to 2. As in wide open or pinched closed. When either sleeve is open, it's big enough to pass the radio through.Interior synthetic wool feels soft. Generous sized clear window reveals the entire radio, making it easy to see and control all settings.I didn't find any washing instructions like you usually find in clothing and gloves. But their front and center embroidered silver logo is huge. Here's hoping that'll come out in the wash.

Im not going to lie, its kinda cumbersome to get the DJI Phantom 3 Pro remote controller in the glove and seal it up so no air gets in. I would work on that before you even pull the drone out. The Phantom 3 remote has two antennas on it and then you have to mount either your Crystal Sky monitor which I have or you have to use your phone or iPad. This glove isn't exactly made for that remote control. In the description you see a remote with only one antenna and no opening for an iPad or iPhone. I've used it 2-3 times now since I bought it and I got it to work but had to work at it to get the remote in there and sealed up the best I could. I was able to fly one battery which is about 20 minutes or so and my hands didn't get cold. On the second battery the cold was getting in there and I had to cut that flight extra short. Its not a complete fix but it does help.

Update. Smell did not go away. It’s the plastic clear area. Very strong. Returned it.I predict will work fine. Had a bad smell, letting it air out before trying. Frustrating. Familiar ick smell, have smelled it on other things recently, I’m suspecting the nylon ink. Black specifically. But sure would like to know.

Ordered this to try since I find regular gloves are hard to use with an Air R/C Transmitter. Tried this out tonight since it was cold enough to use, and they do work! My hands stayed warm, and the fingers didn't get cold, and I had full use of the transmitter! ( I am using a Spektrum IX 12). My only complaint (and it is really a very minor one at that) is that I wish the transmitter fitted a little more 'snug' inside. There is a lot of spare space inside. With that said, there would be plenty of room on a very cold day / night to place 2 hand warmers inside as well - so, I guess the extra space isn't really that bad. But - yes, it does work -- I am happy with the purchase!
