The picture make it looks like this completely seals to protect the rack from the elements. Up receiving it, I found out that it doesn’t. There’s a large hole in the top for the handles.there are two large holes in the bottom as well, one for the wheels and one for the other handle.If you want this to protect it while transporting the rack, it’s a good bag. If you want to use it in a garage to protect from the elements, don’t buy.
