What Does a Timing Belt Do?
The timing belt keeps the camshaft and crankshaft turning at the correct rate.The crankshaft moves pistons up for compression and exhaust cycles, while the pistons move down for power and intake cycles. Depending on the vehicle make, a timing belt will also run the water pump, oil pump and injection pump.

It was 60 dollars and that's what you get wrong belt and the pulley didi not work and thay said it was for my car ya right

We put our car in the shop with the part we purchased through Amazon, our mechanic called us to say that the tension pulley , through Amazonwas defective, we have since ordered a new tension pulley through Amazon,as well as put in a return for the part purchased, we don't expect it full refund but we do expect the part to be returned and for us not to be inconvenienced any further.

belt and pump fit good tensioner also fit well . Idler bracket wasn't correct for the application had to use old one and apply idler to bracket

2004 Chrysler 300m 3.5, timing belt, water pump and belt pulley and bracket for perfect. The belt tensioner pin how ever was not a perfect fit. I had to reuse the old one. All in all fair price for what you order just be sure to double check your parts.
