Removed one tensioner from my truck engine. Attempted to replace with one of the new tensioners that matched the old tensioner. New tensioner would not thread in by hand, and got stuck. This condition reflects a cross-threading situation. Attempted to install several times with same result. Took OLD tensioner and installed it with ease, using only finger pressure to get the threads started. The new tensioner wouldn't even do that!I am NOT going to install a part cross-threading into the block of my engine! Bad idea!Returned for refund. Unfortunately, seller is a third party seller, and I have to pay return UPS shipping. Fortunately, the Amazon rep told me that I CAN get the shipping charge refunded through Amazon, just by emailing them the copy of the receipt when dropped off.I subsequently ordered another high-quality single tensioner at twice the price of this set. I was going cheap, thinking that $30 for the set was a good deal. Unfortunately, it usually happens when you buy stuff on the cheap, you get what you pay for.And I paid for junk.Lesson learned! Go for quality first, so you don't have to spend twice and waste time and money!
