Please consider the time if year and/or the climate in your region- these needles should be kept at room temperature or cooler. They are native to New England and exposure to excessive heat or sunlight can cause them to brown.

The package was lost for a month. When I received it, the inner package was open and the product was spilling all over in the USPS bag. I do not believe this is the fault of the seller. I will say that after being lost for a month (and being who knows where), the pine needles were still fragrant and green, which points to a very high quality product. They still smell heavenly. Unfortunately, I no longer need the product since the project I needed it for is long past. And I'm not sure if they are safe to use since the package was open.I am not returning it because this is a small business and this was not their fault, it is definitely Amazon's/USPS fault. I would definitely recommend them since the pine needles are still green and fragrant after being lost with Amazon/USPS for over a month who knows where the package sat for the last month. I am impressed with the quality.

I use these needles for tea. I wash, rinse and dry the needles (4 to 6 hours) then grind them and freeze them. 2 tsp makes 16 ounces of tea. I brew it for at least 30 minutes to extract maximum flavor. I have ordered this 9 times. Each bag lasts for 5 to 6 weeks making 16 ounces of tea each day. The needles weigh about 2.7 ounces per order. Eight of the nine orders were very fresh green needles. Only once did I receive needles that had turned brown. I received a prompt refund after contacting the seller.

I bought these pine needles to make tea with. It makes a very good cup of tea.Needles were packed in plastic wrap and boxed . They came very fresh and green. Therewere plenty of pine needles that came in our order.

Was a little dry... wish had place in wet paper to keep moist yet still work. Brew into a tea... very tasty!

The first two times I ordered, I was very satisfied. Great product, I asked for a certain amount and got exactly that. So happy! Then the third time was shorted by almost half. I contacted them, they said they'd make it right and they did. Only about a half ounce short, but close enough to not be a problem. Thank you for making it right.
