After just a few uses, the 9/16” slack adjuster tool ratcheting mechanism broke and it free spins. I've attempted to contact the company for warranty or refund with no response.

These brake adjustment tools are wonderful. I know a ratchet and socket work fine but these are better for some reason, I just can't explain it. Good quality don't dozens of brake adjustments and still holding together. That being said I would much rather of gotten these then paying 3 times the amount on the tool truck to essentially get the same product. I'd give these a try before giving snap on money for the same quality of product

used almost daily at my job. tools work well and a fraction of the cost as compared to ''name brand'' tools-which are most likely made by the same company-but you over-pay for the name brand!!!!
