Did not work as described. I bought this to rake up pine needles because the product description said that’s what it was meant for, but it did not work on wet or dry needles.

There were no instructions but pretty easy to put togetherTook 45 minutes with a small impact toolIt worked great for getting areas that had a lot of dead grass and thatch ready for seedIs very sturdy and one of the best implements I have boughtIt weighed a lot more than the other ones that are out thereBottom lines works great for meI have over 2 acres of grass and will be a great time saver

There is nothing good to say about this item. It rolls over the grass. The return policy is the pits; have to pay shipping to return it, plus pay a restocking fee. Do not waste your time or money on this worthless piece of junk. I welded two pieces of steel to the frame to hook onto the bucket of my tractor to get some use out of it, but it certainly will not do the job as intended on a 3point hitch no matter how you angle it.

Would get a 5 if box wasn’t destroyed (not built for shipping) AND it contained basic instructions. There were none.It you’re not me mechanically inclined, don’t but it. Took 2 guys 3 hours to build and there are still two unknown BIG parts.. Maybe bolt on for UTV’s or Jeep bumper.Concept great. Product worked fine after we finally got it together - but it could be really good with packaging and instructions.Also, sub-assembly by manufacturers could be easily accomplished. Only thing I can compare it to is assembling as propane grill without instructions.Don’t buy unless you’ve got a lot of tools and a LOT of time.

Just received the rake yesterday, had a few hick ups with shipping but diffidently worth the wait. The customer service people were off the hook great to work with. we got through the hick ups and the rake works great, just what I needed. It will take hrs of work away from me. We are finally getting our defensible space. Thank you Titan for this great tool, will be purchasing from them again in the near future. Using the rake on pine needles and oak leaves!

I'm giving this implement 4 stars because it works well doing what I need it to do. That is, rake leaves, pine straw, sticksand trash. The shipping and packing is what needs attention. This rake was about 70 miles from my house and said to be on the truck for delivery when FedEx sent it back somewhere for three extra days without giving a reason.Today it arrived wire tied to a welded steel frame. Luckily all the hardware, etc was there, also wire tied to the frame. Everything was there but instructions. Took more than an hour to figure what pieces went where and how. I was sorely tempted to send it back. Nevertheless, once I got it together it did a good job. It's very well built.I realize that the seller cannot control what FedEx does once something leaves its facility, but this is simply a sorry way to do business.

Arrived on time with all parts intact. Mine was partially assembled so that all bolts were on the frame. Tines were packaged separately. Everything came in a welded angle iron cage. Equipment worked perfectly for my needs (raked limbs and twigs out of my yard) and dethached yard for spring seeding. Bought some bushings for my quick hitch and was all set. Excellent price, wonderful piece of equipment. Would definitely buy again, couldn't be more pleased.
