I've made seven similar kits, many with designs much more complex, but this whole business of having to cut out a pattern is not what I'd call fun. They're clearly CAPABLE of printing the design on the felt to cut out like other manufacturers do, because they did so with the stocking front. Additionally, it's pretty tough to figure out what felt you're supposed to be using with what pattern pieces if you're colorblind, which I am. This kit is DEFINITELY not for a novice. If you've never undertaken something like this the directions included will not be enough. Go with another brand.

This is horrible the felt was not stamped so I cut each piece out then drew around it then had to guess where the inside lines go. I finally just gave up and ordered a new one.

All of the pieces to be used to complete the stocking were not stamped. Only the main stocking was.

I have sewn over 30+ of felt stocking kits. This brand is one I will never buy again. The pieces are NOT stamped. The directions are sparse. If I was a novice I never would have been able to complete this stocking.

This pattern didn't have stamped patterns on the felt. It was hard.
