HOW TO USE:
1. Place the steaming frame on a flat, stable surface before filling.
2. Spread the cheesecloth diagonally across the frame lid, attaching it to the inner walls and base.
3. Use a spoon to scoop the pressed tofu curd into the cheesecloth-lined frame. Let curd sit 2-3 minutes then apply pressure to improve firmness.
4. Pull the cheesecloth tight diagonally to keep curd compacted.
5. Fill frame halfway with water and press on the wrapped curd to expel moisture before steaming.
6. Drain water from frame, unwrap tofu, and place back in frame for steaming.
7. After steaming, remove lid and cheesecloth to access finished tofu.
8. Actual product color may vary slightly from website photos due to lighting.
9. Dimensions may vary 1-3cm since product is hand measured.
