This is a nice stainless steel rolling cart with two smoothly operating drawers. The smooth stainless steel components come with a removable protective coating to keep the surfaces scratch-free during shipping. The wheels are high quality quiet rubber castors (two with locks). All-in-all, very nice...BUTThere were absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS showing how to assemble the cart. Most will eventually figure it out, but there are some strange parts that I had to guess their function. In particular there were some curved metal pieces with a central hole (see photo). I assumed that they were some kind of interface between the vertical legs and the shelving-- but what purpose do they serve?Second, without instructions, mistakes can be made in the order in which things are assembled. In the case of the "safety bars" that keep things from rolling off of the shelf surfaces, there is definitely an optimal time to install those. If you do it out of order, you may have to disassemble portions of the cart to insert them.Some of the welds are weak, and one of the nuts holding a leg on the drawer section, was not welded in place (see photo). Another thing to note is that the hardware uses a large hex-driver to install it. A manual allen wrench is provided, but it would take forever to screw things together with that, so it is advised to get a drill-mounted hex-driver to facilitate assembly.All-in-all, this cart should have gotten a 5-star rating, but having to imagine where parts go, assume construction steps/order, adjust for broken parts, and cutting my finger severely on the very sharp interior metal while trying to screw broken parts together, I can only off up 3 stars for this product. The potential for a 5-star review was great, but the labored construction experience (all of which was preventable) just does not merit 5 stars for this product.

Assembly instructions did NOT match the product, but assembly was still fairly straightforward. We ended up with some extra silver bars (4) because 1), my husband didn’t want to have to disassemble it to put them in, and 2), he decided he likes it better without the bars preventing roll off of items on the top and bottom shelves. It gives him extra unimpeded room for things to hang off of it. He’s got bars on the sides. He’s decided he’s going to use this for chainsaws, both for storage (no damage from the inevitable fuel and oil drops, since it’s stainless), and as an operating table for said chainsaws. The little bowls that attach to the sides can swing in or out, and are perfect for gathering bolts and screws and whatever kind of small pieces usually get lost when you’ve got a tool disassembled. The bins have a silicone portion that lets them grow upwards so they can be deep or compressed lower. It rolls easily, but two of the wheels can lock if and when you need them to. All in all, it’s a handy little cart. But you’ll be mostly on your own for assembly. If you want the rails on the front and back, get them set up BEFORE you screw on the corner posts.

The whole vehicle is made of stainless steel, with a smooth surface, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. It is suitable for medical environments, nursing institutions, beauty and laboratory scenes, and looks professional and textured. The top desktop is spacious and practical. It can not only temporarily place tools, documents, and nursing supplies, but also be used as a simple operating table when needed. The edge is slightly curved, so it is not easy to drop things. The details are very thoughtful. The deep drawer it is equipped with is one of my favorite designs. It has a large capacity and can store relatively high bottles, jars or equipment items, unlike shallow drawers that can only hold small items. The drawer slides smoothly, and it is very quiet when pulling out and closing. There is no feeling of jamming or clicking, and it is very easy to use. The storage shelf space on the lower level is also very practical. It is very convenient to place trays, medical boxes or spare parts. The overall layout is reasonable and the storage capacity is strong. The quality of the roller is also good. It is very smooth and flexible to push. The 360° rotation and the brake function make the whole vehicle stable and stable to push and stop, and there is no pressure to move back and forth between corridors or wards. The wheels will not scratch the floor, which is suitable for tile or wooden floors. The assembly is also relatively simple, the instructions are clear, and one person can do it without the need for special tools.

Overall, this is a great cart. It has a clean metal finish, the casters work fantastically and lock securely, and the included tray and bins are super handy. I'm using it in the shop as a portable tool and parts cart, and it's perfect for that—easy to wipe down and move around.If this were to be used in a doctor's office or another professional setting, the quality assurance would need to be tightened up to reflect a higher standard. It did come with instructions, but they were clearly for a different cart. Thankfully, assembly was still straightforward since all the bolts were the same and the back rail tubes were fairly intuitive to position. The included hex wrench made the process easy enough.There were a few minor quality issues: a bit of rust on the leg washers (hidden once installed), some visible weld marks on finished surfaces, and a manufacturer label that was applied crooked. These are small complaints, but they do reflect lapses in quality control.
