That is a picture of the bottom of the cooler with water dripping in the second picture is of how wet my rug is. It's soaked through the rug on to the deck of the boat. We had to put it outside because it was leaking all over our wood floors inside the boat. First day using it. This is the second bag cooler. I have bought they do not keep ice melts quickly. I hate returning items, but when something doesn't work. And I'm literally on vacation and really needed this.

Works for keeping things cool. I am 5'10 , the handle could be 2" longer. It also falls forward easily
