I have been trying different strings for months. I normally use a hybrid pattern but have been trouble with some tennis elbow for the first time in decades. Now I am using multifilament strings for my crosses and mains. These provide good durability and spin.

The Armor string is very soft and easy on the Arm and elbow. Sticky enough the crosses stick to the mains. I like the string have been using it for years. Some Poly's are very stiff and on a stiff racket your arm will get sore.

Even though the strings feel stiff to touch on the racquet, they're very comfortable at mid tensions. Quite long lasting as well.

Tourna stopped making reels for quasi gut a while ago. I’m not sure what I bought. Strung 55lbs on my ezone DR98, feels like a board with no power. Strung multifeel 55lbs feels soft and powerful. According to previous reviews I would suspect I got counterfeit product.

The string feels really nice. like a synthetic gut. Doesnt feel hard like a polyester. doesnt move a whole lot, wears well. Im a fan. Id use it again. Seems quite a bit stronger than a regular synthetic gut. Id expect a synthetic gut to be broken by now. This stuff is pretty good.

This string offers typical feeling of multi while intrinsically blend with extra bit control feeling coming from poly nature. I have my Donnay Allwood strung with Tourna Deuce as hybrid bed (Main: Deuce 17g @50lbs / Cross: QuasiGut Armour 17g @52lbls). Similar control but slightly a bit more pop compare with my usual setup (Main: AluPower 17g @46lbs / Cross: X-One Biphase 16g @50lbls) without any elbow issue. Most importantly, this setup costs me only about 1/3 of the price and I can restring my rackets more often to maintain more consistent response.

Pleasantly surprised on the comfort and bite of this string. Playable but almost too much spin bite at 60 pds, trying 55 pds next. Recommend string but lowest recommended tension for more comfort, depth and power. Very good multifilament.Update:Still a good string but trying 17g next to tame some of the bite and harshness.

Excelente cuerda multifilamento, suave crisp, buena para absorber vibraciones, y ayudar al brazo 💪, pierde tensión después de tres o cuatro partidos, pero es de las mejores multifilamentos y buen precio ….

It is soft and good for my elbow problem but moves around too much. A little too dead for my taste.

Great string for the price, easy on the arm feels great. Great for hybriding.I hybrid with big hitter blue. This string starts to fray on my crosses before breaking.

Best string ever. Great feel, soft on the elbow, and easy to string. The durability isn't the greatest if you hit a heavy ball, but if you have your own stringer it's not a big deal. I get about 7-10 hours of play on one string job. I play with a Wilson six one 16 x 18. The reel is a great deal and cheaper than buying one set at a time. I have yet to try the 16G, it might have more durability.
