See the photos. This arrived packed in plastic with the ligature itself mounted onto a wooden peg. The ligature has a single, large screw for adjustment and a prominent set of rails for holding the reed. For me, it's common for a single-screw ligature to shift on me while playing (especially if I grab the mouthpiece to adjust the tune -- which I typically do). This one didn't shift. It sat firmly. My only negative about this is jsut the appearance. It's made of P.U. leather, which is a polyurethane product. That's a very tough material, but in this application, I'll have to see whether it holds up. To me, the edges look a bit unfinished. But I must say it's holding together well enough for now.

A small round piece of wood is included to store the ligature. This maintains the round shape and protects the ligature. I find these little accessories innovative and practical. This liturgy is not my first from (faux) leather. They usually gets dented during transport. Also or precisely because of the way the screw for tighten up the reed is designed. The plate on this ligature has a single round screw at the top. This presses a metal plate against there reed. The tension created in this way fixes the reed in the correct position. I fell it is easier to handle than other ligature. What I find negative is that the plate does not cover the entire width of the reed and only has contact in the middle. The shape is just flat, good ligatures have a curved metal plate in the opposite shape of the reed. The pressure is distributed evenly. I tried the ligature on a Syos Model Steady opening 5 with a Syos Arcane Read 2.5. For comparison I had a traditional metal, a real leather and a Syos ligature (see my review on the product page). The positioning of the red is much faster than with the other ligature. As a negative point I see the material. It is faux leather, that takes away. It is also very thin in comparison to other (leather) ligature. The sound is ok, not different to the metal ligature. The Syos ligature is still better, but because of the handling issues I don't use it often. Overall this is an alternative to other ligature - but as player everyone has other preferences.
