I shifted my truck into four-wheel-drive and when I wanted to shift back to 2 Wheel Dr., it would not happen. Went online and found out the most common problem is the transfer case shift motor. I ordered the motor and it came right away and literally has four screws and a plug. The removal of the old motor and replacing it with the new motor was relatively easy. So far it has worked flawlessly. I am very pleased with this item and would recommend it as well as the seller.
