I used this product for 20 days this summer in both Belgium and Switzerland. I specifically picked this SIM card because it worked both in the EU and in Switzerland. I preregistered the card per instructions and it worked perfectly for the whole trip. It was easy to use even for someone who had never used a SIM card before. I highly recommend it.

I got this for a 17 day Europe trip and didn't want to pay Verizon's steep $10 daily charge for their TravelPass. The service for SIM card is Three out of UK; service was spotty outside of UK so was disappointed that my text messages didn't always send when I wanted them to.

Hemos viajado a Suiza y necesitábamos una SIM con roaming !! Opté por esta opción y estoy súper contento! La activé días antes para asegurar que funcionaba bien, y todo el tiempo me ha ido fenomenal y la velocidad de datos buenísima. Incluso he podido poner el móvil como hotspot y muy bien. Durant un voyage dans plusieurs pays d'Europe où la carte sim a bien fonctionné, il semble que la Suisse ne soit pas prise en compte pour la donnée. J'ai utilisé la carte essentiellement pour de la navigation GPS et un peu de consultation de page web..Dommage que ça ne fonctionne pas en Suisse alors que c'est marqué sur la boîte que ce pays est pris en compte.

I plugged it in while still in the United States and it came on immediately. When I use it overseas, it worked from the time I got off the plane. It would’ve been nice if I could’ve made calls back to the United States, but that was not a part of my package. Bottom line, I would recommend these folks to anybody going overseas.

I bought 4 of these SIM cards for a trip to Europe. They do not work in a locked phone. It does not say this in their site. It says just activate and install on your phone. When it didn't work and I asked for a refund the company said I should have known it would not work on a locked phone. Why would I know this? They said I should buy an unlocked phone to make this work. Total useless customer service. Skip this product.

If you’re traveling from the us to Europe be VERY, VERY, CAREFUL with this card. I WILL NOT USE AGAIN.I did not find anything that alerted me to the fact that international texting isn’t included in this package. Got the card to work, and Data part was fine. I could make phone calls in Europe. I believe I could have gotten texts if I had given out my new UK number, but who wants to do that for all of the people / business’s that have your US phone number. So in order for wife to txt me she had to turn on roaming - this defeated the cost savings of the cardI missed some phone calls from my wife and got notice of VM. When I went to listen it told me to set up pin - ooops unless you put theSim in the phone in the UK it can’t be done, said the support people.Perhaps I just didn’t understand. Once you get there you have to give hotels, / others you new phone number. Then they can txt you at that number but if your trying to avoid high charges this may not be what your looking for. I haven’t figured out yet if turning off cellular and using the hotel wi-fi causes a charge with att. If it does then the simplestThing is to use their international plan of $12 / day of use up to $120 then it is no costOverall I would say go anyone from us to do some due diligence prior to ordering and using. I would say I’m an unhappy camper.

Werkt prima , zet wel je ( samsung ) op 3g / automatisch langzaam, door de standaard 5g optie werkt het dan niet.Koste me een halve dag om dit uit te vinden.Werkte daarna helemaal prima over het hele eiland op 3/4g

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to share that this worked perfectly since I felt unsure after reading other reviews. It is 6gb not 10, as the title said, but it was plenty for a week in Spain/Portugal. I didn't even use 2gb. When I got the card, I registered for the days I'd be on vacation. Then I put the sim card in while on the plane. It worked upon arrival and was very reliable. You do need an unlocked phone (of course) so verify that with your provider ahead of time. I would definitely use this again!
