I ordered a youth sized 28 pair of pants with a 28” waist and 34” inseam. The size didn’t come close to matching the pants that were delivered, and the A to Z warranty doesn’t guarantee the measurements of clothing are correct. The pants they shipped me, were far too small for my teen, and even too small for my 5 year old, that wears a child’s size 6. The 5 year old, couldn’t get his foot through the ankle opening - it was too small. I tried to return the item, because the sizing didn’t match the description on the listing. The seller approved the return, but I have to pay the return shipping fees, that are almost the price of the pants. I messaged the seller several times, asking for shipping fees because the pants are clearly mislabelled, but so far, the company hasn’t approved shipping. IF I didn’t like how they looked, I would understand having to pay for shipping, but the description and measurements of the pants are on the listing, and they don’t match the pants that were delivered to me. Terrible sizing, and terrible customer service.

Odd fit. Sat way to low on his waist, and pants were to short, and very baggy but.
