These were a little tight on my wife's smaller head. When you open them up for my much larger head size the pressure they exert goes down and they're comfortable. That would be my only complaint. I prefer having speakers on each ear, she doesn't - she likes the one. I have no complaints other than that preference. Her complaint is the pressure on her smaller head. Overall they're a good product, just not so much for us.

Poor sound quality. A lot of static heard when on the road difficulty connecting to iPhone or android phone very very poor quality.

It was relatively easy to connect with the Bluetooth phone handset. However, the placements of the buttons on the phone are inconvenient, and they require practice to intuitively know where they are in one's user space. Since they are on one side of the earpiece, they are not as accessible when the earpiece is on one ear compared to the other. This is a design flaw.I cannot speak to comfort as I did not wear it long enough. Know that this is an on-the-ear design, where an over-the-ear or around-the-ear style is usually the best.I will say that the headband was a little too tight and stiff, and non-adjustable due to the plastic construction. A metal style would have been bendable for better side tension fit. Over all, these issues do not address good functionality or quality. It was returned.

The price is right for this Bluetooth wireless headset. Some of these headsets can get VERY expensive and while this one isn't top of the line they have it priced accurately and it's doing the job as described and expected. The boom microphone can be bent and positioned in many ways to accommodate your placement preference. The microphone boom can also be rotated up and completely out of the way if you aren't on a call but still want to listen to an audio input of some sort. Sound was clear and there are volume controls. The controls are very straightforward and included instructions were easy to understand. It was easy to hook up to my phone. The fit was a little tighter than I would like if I had to wear it all day but if you are just going to use it for phone calls here and there it is fine. The earpiece has enough cushion and feels fine but the side with no earpiece could use some padding to make it more comfortable if you plan to use it for hours on end. I would recommend this for someone looking for an inexpensive wireless headset to get the job done...... and if you need to wear it all day long you could probably easily add some padding to the plastic headband to help with the comfortability if you are on a tight budget.

Look, if you're expecting luxury concert-hall audio quality, keep scrollin. But if you want a Bluetooth headset that mostly does the job without making your wallet cry...this is it.It’s got decent sound, the mic works well enough that people no longer ask if I'm calling from inside a potato and it pairs up faster than my aunt on Bumble.Now…let’s talk about shipping. This headset took so long to arrive, I actually forgot I ordered it. I was starting to think it hitched a ride with a long-haul trucker and just decided to explore Route 66 first. But it eventually showed up...probably wiser and with a few stories to tell.Bottom line: it’s not high-end, but it works, it’s cheap and it mostly doesn’t make me want to scream during Zoom calls. That’s a win.
