Hi, I purchased the conversion kit recently and successfully installed the first valve, the second valve however did not hold the air in the tire. I took it off and after looking inside, I noticed the internal rubber seal is broken. Is it possible to send the rubber seal only? I do not think I can return the product due to scratches it suffered during installation. I ended up scratching it while using a pliers to tighten it ...Update 4/25: I contacted the manufacturer directly with photo evidenc of faulty seal. Within a week I received brand new kit for free. Great product and great customer service.
