I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around what showed up at my house. It definitely wasn’t the best looking, high quality, and highly protective brand new sm/med gloss white LH $90 dollar batters helmet… What I found inside the unmarked and unlabeled box. Was a very poorly re-painted helmet. It was missing the front logo on the helmet completely. It did have a few cheep clear bordered Tucci sticker on the back and rounded out screws holding the jaw guard. The worst of it was paint job, from the spots that didn’t get re-painted, to the white overspray lines that made it onto the inside padding. It seems like someone took a bunch of used old team helmets, stripped them down and blasted them with a can of spray paint. Then tossed them in boxes to be sold on here as brand new. The worst part is that I was really looking forward to this purchase and this has left me questioning both Tucci and Amazon.It’s hard to believe but I did add a few pics just to show what I was sold as a “brand new” helmet.This is my second time trying to get this review out. I wrote the first one over a week ago and it still hasn’t posted.
