The pump worked well for a few months but now won’t hold a charge. The battery says 100%, works for about 3 minutes and turns off with a flashing battery. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and had the same result two more times.There is no way to contact manufacturers customer support for the product.

I was really excited about this pump. Unfortunately I had to return it because it did not operate correctly. It would pump for a minute or so and then shutoff and be unresponsive. If I later tried charging it, it would wake up and I could use it again. This is purely a quality issue. It is cheaply made for such an expensive product. Also, if you are selling this type of product, please request better zippers. The bag is so cheap.

I use this pump for my paddleboard and it works fantastic. Blows it up within 2 to 3 minutes and deflates it just as quickly. Very user-friendly it’s a tad bulky, but I love that. It comes in its own carry case highly recommend.

This pump is louder than others but it pumps fast and actually strong enough to fully pump a paddle board unlike others where I have to hand pump at the end. Would’ve rate it with higher rating but disappointed I paid for a new product but received and opened box used item instead.

We’ve used this pump 5 times in the last month. Delivered June 27th, now July 28th. 4 of the last 5 times it inflates fine, relatively quiet and relatively quick. But when we go to deflate at the end of the day the pump reads 0.0% battery and won’t activate the pump, leaving us to deflate manually. When we get home and plug it in to charge, all of a sudden the pump has plenty of battery left (71, 43, 41 and today 39% as seen in the video) obviously it’s not working correctly and only shows the proper charge after being plugged in, which defeats the purpose of buying the mobile version of this pump. Apparently this item isn’t available as an exchange since it’s not showing up as an option, so hopefully someone from the company can contact me to rectify and I will try this again.

I bought this pump to help inflate 5 paddle boards. This pump blows up the 5 paddle boards before a plug in one that we have, blows one up. It does have to be fully charged in order for this to happen. It is super easy to use and charge. It is a little loud, but does the job fairly quick.

We bought this pump to inflate and deflate our paddle boards. We wanted one that was solely battery operated with rechargeable batteries not a pump that relied on the use of the car battery system. It works great, inflated and deflated out two boards with minimal battery usage. It’s a little pricey but well worth it.

I recently purchased a huge Multi-person SUP (rated for up to 6 adults) and needed a strong electric pump to make inflation go faster. This pump is a monster (large and has some weight to it) but you can’t beat the sheer convenience of a cordless pump for a large board (as not all places we go to paddle can accommodate vehicles close to launch sites and carrying such a big SUP is a bit of a pain). It charges up easily and one charge probably would have filled my huge board, except that it got to about 10 psi and then showed 0% battery and would not turn back on again. The temperature was nice and cool so it was not because it was too hot of an environment (about 12 degrees Celsius). However, when I brought it in to recharge, as soon as I plugged it in it showed being at 29% battery strength. So, perhaps it just shows no battery when it needs a break? Once fully charged up it only took 15% battery to deflate (after I had allowed the board to deflate on its own until it naturally stopped pushing air out independently). The hose comes with lots of attachable nozzle options (though I really only need the one, haha) and the opposite end has an oval-shaped handle so it’s easy to get a good grip and screw it in tightly to the pump itself. This is a very straightforward pump to use which I appreciate and does have a programmable auto shut off at your desired PSI. It comes with an excellent carrying case that’s made of high quality materials and lightly padded to protect it so I’m quite confident it will be durable and stay easy to carry for years to come! The pump itself has suction cups underneath and I had no issues with it shifting at all while in use - though it’s definitely not a quiet pump. Honestly, this is a game-changer for me to be able to use my huge board (or fill up a couple of single SUPs if going out with just my spouse) but I do have to factor in some resting time for it or use a manual pump at the beginning (when it’s easiest to pump) to get it started and maybe then let this electric pump finish it off. The only real downside for me is that the charging cable connects via just a normal plug which I do not have in my SUV (though I know some models do have these in their vehicles). If it had a USB charging cable then that would be much more versatile to charge it while out traveling in case you need a top-up. Overall though, I’m super happy with the freedom it gives me and can overlook that little catch. So, I’d absolutely recommend it if you have a big multi-person SUP to inflate or a bunch of single SUPs you need to fill to go out as a group.

I recently got this portable electric air pump, and I can't believe how much easier it has made my life, especially for outdoor activities. This little powerhouse comes with a variety of attachments (all perfectly kept attached to each other) can inflate pretty much anything, and fitting in a convenient carrying case.We first put it to the test with our inflatable kayak. Normally, it would take us over half an hour of exhausting manual pumping to get it ready, but with this electric pump, it was fully inflated in just a few minutes! It was amazing to see how fast and efficient it was. One thing to note is that it is super loud. It definitely startled us the first time we turned it on, but given how quickly it gets the job done, the noise is a small price to pay. Plus, the performance more than makes up for it.The attachments are fantastic. Whether you need to inflate a kayak, an air mattress, pool toys, or even bike tires, this pump has you covered. The variety of nozzles included ensures that you'll always have the right tool for the job. It’s incredibly versatile and has quickly become an essential part of our camping and outdoor gear.The carrying case is another great feature. It keeps everything organized and easy to transport.
