I am a huge fan of Turkish towels, I like how absorbent they are, yet thin and lightweight, plus how fast they dry. So I was happy to try this one, but I did not like it as much as I like the typical Turkish towel. This one feels like it just has a very "tight" weave and is not as absorbent as others. I've washed it once so far, and I am hoping with more washes the weave opens up a bit and becomes more-absorbent, but as of right now, this is an average towel and not a great towel.J.Ja

The Aegero Turkish Beach Towel it thin and light weight.Its a good item to pack with you on a trip to the beach to lay on, or for putting on a hot pool lounger.Its ok for absorbing water, I would say better at helping wipe water off you after a swim.I would imagine it would work as a wrap as well.All in all ,it is a good value for the price.

I'd heard about Turkish towels a year ago from a friend, and have ordered a couple of them from different manufacturers. This one is a little lighter-weight than some other brands, but it does the job. It will take up less room when rolled up and stuffed in a tote. I like the dark grey color a lot. For under $10, this is a workable towel.
