The curiosity got to me, I had to try. Unfortunately this is just another fitness gadget. It doesn't provide any real resistance, not good as a travel replacement for a gym (that was my hope). nice that it breaks down small, but that's all the good things I have left to say.

First Impressions, assembled– Looks like a giant snowshoe made of crutches (or a walker) parts.Manufacturer Presumption– You are already strong to begin with. I lack the strength to meaningfully bend this thing without employing my knee or thigh or skull to leverage it against. I cannot straight-arm bend it.Usage– Tough. Don't foresee that getting easier by itself, need to grow stronger myself. Like I said: with a body-part as a bend-point, can then use it, feebly. Can grab the inner-handles over the outside bend-handles (which is awkward given how long it is, and puts uncomfortable pressure upon your wrists) and get a few bends in, awkwardly, before I have to stop. [Afraid I am going to hurt myself that way: the strain feels ungood.] Beyond the knee: can bend inwards. Atop the thigh: can bend outwards... But that's about all I can do, a few bends a day. Will need to get back to you...Note– Came with some ‘crusties’ on one of the metal poles: would seem nobody bothered to visually inspect it before boxing it. [The tacky residue being right next to where they factory-screwed in the inner-arm.] Not a good sign.A Week Later...I have used this every day since (keep it next to my sofa for while watching tv). Still need a knee/thigh to ‘bend it over.’ [Is a bit uncomfortable pressing upon my boney shins.] But I am up to two dozen ‘short’ pushes/pulls/bounces at a go. [Do some pushes, wait a few hours, do some pulls: only until it starts to burn, don't want to overdo it.] I find push/pull and hold to be my preference over repetitions, though. [Can better work/feel more muscles by subtly shifting my arm/grip positions while holding steady tension.] I can feel some extra bulk I've built upon my shoulders and arms already. But am still a long ways away from single/straight-arm usage as designed.

This multifunctional arm trainer has become a solid addition to my home workouts. It’s great for chest squeezes, bicep curls, and shoulder exercises—perfect for short, focused upper-body sessions. The foam grips are comfortable and the resistance gives a satisfying challenge. It’s also light enough to take on the go, which is a nice bonus. While the fixed tension works well for now, I wish it had adjustable resistance to grow with my strength. It also didn’t come with instructions, so I had to look up demo videos. Overall, it's a simple but effective tool for staying in shape at home without bulky equipment.4/5 stars

This arm trainer is very high quality flexible arm strength tool that is super durable and very sturdy. This surpasses my expectations of a great workout machine but without all the hassle. Super easy to assemble and simple to work with. The padding on the handles make working out quite comfortable; I actually look forward to working out with this again and again. One thing I didn’t like about this and it doesn’t bother me much but the handle is a little loose. It doesn’t come off but it certainly makes me feel as if it could come off at any given moment.Regardless of that I would totally recommend
