Very cute little patterns for a quick gift or to interest a beginner to the art of Cross Stitching. This book is portable & clearly printed for easy pattern interpretation. I will get much use from it.

This book is filled with adorable animals. The patterns are clear and easy to follow . The finished picture on the side of each chart is the actual size when done on 14 - count. These animals can be stitched for cards and scrapbooks. They can also be stitched on children's clothing. It is easy to change floss colors so you can personalize the designs. Amazon also sells Anchor floss in a 100 skein package. The floss and this book will work well together. The skeins may or may not match the charts, but who needs to be a slave to the chart. Have some fun creating and make these your own!

This book is so cute and exactly what I was looking for. The images are clear (some pattern books give you small size grids where it hard to count the squares) and the motifs are very nice. There is a whole alphabet that is also included.

This is a very easy book to understand. I highly recommend it for beginning cross stitches. Purchase other books by same author.

This is a wonderful book, one pattern is cuter than the next. I agree with another comment that grid lines are difficult to see on a few of the designs, however I myself prefer seeing the pattern in colors (like this book does) versus symbols.

Absolutely Adorable patterns to choose from. The only issue I had with the book is that the designs are in color blocks and every once in a while I have trouble counting exactly how many blocks or they seem to get off line for me. I would have liked it to have the stitched examples (which it does and are great) with a black and white symbol pattern to follow.
