I got the tri-ball with hook. I couldn’t ask to have worked with better customer service. I have a 6in life on my truck so most hitches are to high. With the height adjustment I feel confident hauling anything behind me.

Pretty sturdy hitch. The only issue is one of the locking pins is very hard to lock. It's no longer an issue since customer service sent me out replacements within 4 days.

I just bought this for my rig, I'm kinda skeptical about this hitch, after install I realized that my hitch sticks out about 9in from the receiver which seems to be quite a distance. The product itself seems very durable, tough, and honestly looks great other then the length I like it, so for now 4 stars from me
